Key Possibilities is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

You have 30 days from the shipping date of your order to return your purchase from KeyPossibilies.co.za The items must have all their labels and be in perfect condition.
